This house is on a good 40 x 135 foot pie shaped lot that widens to 80 feet, it is 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is a garage, a big yard....

It was first listed in April and I posted it in May.  It was listed at $1,195,000 which I thought was a very reasonable price.

It never sold and the price was dropped later in May to $1,135,000.

Again, it didn't sell and the price was dropped in October to $995,000.

It is now listed at $939,000.

The place at 11 Graymar in Bathurst Manor that looks like a tear down...

 But is renovated inside so doesn't make sense as a tear down sold for $835,000.

What is wrong with this place!?!

Is there something going on in that group of apartments behind this place that is preventing it from selling?

Or is it something else altogether.  I don't know the neighbourhood well.  Is it the neighbourhood?

I....do....not....get it.
