PRICE DROP #4 - 107 Marlborough Avenue - SUMEMRHILL

This house has been listed since May!!!

The first listing price was $1,839,000 and my reaction was 'Really!?!' even though I do like the house!  I said this was a $1,539,000 house MAYBE.

A week later, they dropped the price by $39,001 to $1,799,999.  That wasn't going to do much.

It didn't sell and in July they dropped the price again to $1,739,900.  Still wasn't going to help.

Then in October, it was delisted.  I said they were going to bring it back on the market a week later at $1,699,999.  Well, it took 2 weeks but they did bring it back at.......$1,689,000.

This is still a $1,539,000 house so the new price drop isn't going to help either.

The new price is $1,639,000.

Only $100,000 to go!!!!
