It isn't super big but it is really nice. And who ever decorated it put a lot of thought into it. It looks done.
It is 2 streets over from the house that could look like this place with some work (but not so new buildish) at 44 Munro Park that sold for $1,525,000.
That house was an original cottage with a location closer to the water, but for the money, I would choose this place any day.
The living room/dining room situation is just a little weird though.
