SUSPENDED - 140 Fulton Avenue - PLAYTER ESTATES
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi in Playter Estates has been listed since mid October.
It was first listed at $979,000. I thought that considering a similar sized house down the street at 184 Fulton had just sold for $1,050,000, that this place could easily go over asking.
Looks like others didn't agree.
This house didn't sell and the price was dropped to $897,000 at the beginning of November.
Again, it didn't sell and now the listing has been suspended.
Know what other house that was a similar size, was initially priced at $879,900 in the spring, suspended the listing a month later after not selling, was then relisted in the fall, and ended up selling for $969,000 at the end of September?
But it had a 2 car garage. Is that what is stopping buyers of this house? Or is it the attached house?
Even if the renos aren't new and this house was listed at $749,000 only 3 years ago, I much prefer this house to the house at Langley, even at the higher price.
Hope these people haven't already bought though because looks like they might be waiting for spring to list again!
Or is it going to be another price drop!?!
