Guess these people didn't want to sell when Hillcrest Community School was being built!
This house is on the north east corner of a block that is mostly public school, except for the street to the south and just this house.
I am not sure who has been living here but my guess is that if you lived within walking distance, you would know. My guess is that it is an older man. That dog in the back yard is an old man dog.
This house is listed at $724,900.
If it weren't for the location, I would say that this place would sell FAST with the 26.92 x 124.5 foot lot and the garage (even if it is in rough shape)...but considering that it is basically the only house in the whole block, this will be a tough sell.
Not to mention the house is a little creepy.
