The semi at 192 Fulton Avenue in Playter Estates that could have used a better clean up before it was listed has sold.

It was initially listed at the end of October for $699,800 which was WAY too high.

The price was dropped in mid-November to $649,000. 

Still too high.

The price was dropped again on November 27 to $599,000.

I thought it would sell close to $574,900.

It sold for $591,000.
