It is currently set up as a B&B with a small shop attached. It is on a ravine lot that backs onto conservation land!

It is a great house and reminds me a bit of the house at 228 James Street in Kingston that was listed at $799,000.
This house is listed at $1,275,000.
It is a great house but it seems like it might be on a busy street. Though I could be wrong, the guard rail at the edge of the road makes me think that this is a busy street with lots of fast traffic.
But if that doesn't bother you, this could be your dream house!
