This 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25 x 110 lot is in a good neighbourhood but is just a little too close too Eglinton.  

It was listed at $969,000 and I thought it was overpriced.  It needs work and there isn't a lot of room for expansion.

It hasn't sold and the price was dropped yesterday to $929,000.

It might still be overpriced....

But the photos are good.  A little blurry but definitely entertaining.
