This 5+2 bedroom, 7 bathroom house is basically the bigger version of the house in my last post at 512 Fairlawn Avenue in Ledbury Park.

At least the outside is similar...but the back of this house doesn't look as much like it is missing the barbed wire.

It is nice but the style isn't completely for me.  It will be for someone though.

But it won't be for anyone at the current price.

This house is listed at $5,695,000.

It may be on a 71 x 153 foot lot in Forest Hill but almost $6 million!?!  And like Fairlawn, this house has also been listed since November.

There is no WAY this house will sell for even CLOSE to asking.  And with that location?  I might be on Old Forest Hill Road but the location of the house at 156 Old Forest Hill, north of Eglington and right beside Bathurst, might be better.

This is a really cute house.  I have no idea what it looked like inside (or what it sold for) but the outside is great!  Too bad it was torn down.

If the house at 124 Glencairn Avenue in Ledbury Park couldn't sell for $4,550,000...

This house is more than $1 million overpriced.  Be prepared for price drops.

The floor plans with that mud room through the garage and the whole second floor plans are pretty great though.
