This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 19.75 x 118.21 foot lot is going to sell but it is going to be a tough sell at the current asking price.

This house is gutter and it is listed at $950,000.

It does have parking and it is in the Annex (on the west end) but it looks like it is flanked by rentals which could be annoying if you are a family.

Or this could be made into a duplex....

But this house just looks like it needs WAY too much work for the price.

I think it will sell closer to high 8s, maybe $885,000.

Do you think that second floor hallway is as narrow as it looks!?!

UPDATE:  Thanks to the commentors below for pointing out that this house has been for sale before.

It was listed in February 2011 for $889,900 only to have the price drop to $849,900 in September.  I guess again it didn't sell and the price was dropped a few weeks later to $828,800.  From what I can gather, it was never listed in 2012.

One thing I didn't notice before is that there are no beds in this place!  So, has it been empty for the last 2 years!?!

There must be something up with this place.
