12A Park Lane Circle - BRIDAL PATH
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on 130 x 847 (holy sh-t!) foot lot.
It is currently listed at $5,995,000.
But the above picture and the 3 below with the art, 1st Dibs furniture, and awesome 'Wear a Moustache' milk campaign print from the 70s are not the current listing photos. They are actually from an article written in Toronto Life from 2007 when this house was for sale by the original owners of this 1960s split-level house.
It was listed then for $6,250,000.
So, did it sell then and these awful pictures below with the terrible furniture and awful plants are from new owners? Or did they never sell it but rented it out and have been trying to sell it for the last 5 years because this house was also listed in 2009.
In 2009, the house was initially listed at $5,800,000. The price was dropped 2 months later to $5,200,000 only to be dropped again a month later to $4,900,000.
It doesn't look like it but this house is actually 10,000 square feet according to that listing.
My guess is it never sold but they are trying to sell it again.
This time, it was initially listed in September 2012 for $6,488,000.
The price was dropped today to $5,995,000.
That is the same price it was first listed at in 2007.
The price is too high to buy this as a tear down even with the size of lot and considering that kitchen and what the interior looks like with the current furniture, this is still going to be a hard sell.
My guess is more price drops to follow.
