 Though it doesn't need to be, considering that this house is on a 52 x 142 foot lot, this is most likely going to get torn down and replaced with something like this...

But with a little work and maybe an addition, this house could be great without having to be torn down.

Clearly, the 80s would have to go but it could be really good.  By the way, I googled 'taffeta chairs from the 80s' and this is what came up...

Currently, this house is 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.  That is a good size but if you needed more room,  the backyard has lots of room for an addition.

They could fix this house up to be something like the house around the corner at 43 Glenayr

The price of this house is $2,400,000 though.  So, to fix this place up like Glenayr, they would probably need another $1,000,000.  Then this is a $3,400,000 house and it is only 2 floors unlike the 3 at Glenayr.

Or it could just be fixed up for a third of that cost....

But someone is going to see the $6,000,000 listing prices that are happening in Forest Hill right now and see rebuild opportunity.

This place is getting torn down.

But they better get that baseball collection out of there before it does.

This place will sell fast and probably at list.  Maybe a little less.
