333 Lipponcott Street - UNIVERSITY
A reader (thanks SG!) sent this house in wonder if it was a steal.
It is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 21 x 139 foot lot.
It was listed at $1,390,000 and it sold for $1,200,000.
Besides the look of the front and the style of the interior which isn't for me, I would say the price went under asking based on the termite treatment that was completed in May 2012 (as per the listing)....
And what looks like might be a pigeon issue.
That screen on the second floor porch is there for a reason and it isn't for shade.
For a house this size, the living room is tiny. I am not sure the front entryway needs to be THAT big.
But there is a large, bright family room at the back.
It is all a little dated though.
For that money, I would MUCH rather live at 202 Robert Street even if it isn't as big and has no parking. But if you want large, this is good.
What I want to know is what THIS house in the laneway looks like inside!?!
