This house at 70 Chestnut Park on a 50 x 151.3 foot lot was listed a month ago.

It was listed at $3,195,000.

Considering the work that would need to go into this to make that price worthwhile, I thought this house would sell but not over $3,000,000.

People are willing to pay for this address but it just seemed like too much work.

Well, I guess someone thought otherwise because this house just sold....

For $3,302,000!!!

I am guessing that white siding and plaster is getting ripped off, everything inside is getting ripped out, a huge addition is going out the back....

THIS is going to be a BIG project (and a HUGE pain in the -ss for the neighbours).
