And it went for....

This 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms house on a 25 x 110 foot lot at 74 Brookdale Avenue in Bedford Park has been listed since September.

It isn't big but has been renovated to add an elevator and to make it accessible for the owner who uses a wheelchair.

And it is really nice.  The only thing is that wine cellar in the kitchen.  It takes up needed space and it isn't very practical for a family.

It was first listed at $1,689,000.

It didn't sell and they dropped the price almost 2 weeks ago to $1,599,000.

Because of the wine cellar and the fact that this house isn't huge, I didn't think this house would sell for higher than low $1.5s.

It sold for $1,565,000.

Maybe someone else is a wine fan as well!
