It is a 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it sits on a 40 x 120 foot lot but it basically needs a gut.

It was listed at $1,799,000.

A similar house at 36 St. Andrews sold for $1,700,000 a year and a half ago but I thought this would sell for more.

I thought this house might sell for $1,850,000.

It sold for $1,825,000.

This is going to get gutted and I don't think that tree at the front is staying....

But that's probably a good thing.
