This 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house at 58 Mount Royal on a 29.58 (?) x 145 foot lot has sold.

It was listed a couple of weeks ago for $879,000.  Considering that it needed a little work and there was a strange jut of ceiling from the stairs below or something in the master bedroom....

I didn't think this house would sell higher than $839,000.

It didn't sell and they dropped the price a week later to $849,000.

Four days later it sold....

For $862,000. 

How are they going to fix that staircase thing?
