This is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 30 x 149 foot house.  It is not for sale but it is for lease...

For $17,500/month (but does it come with the furniture?).

That is a LOT of money but with this size, in this location, I can't see this sitting around for long even though it has already been listed for a month.

It will probably rent to some international business person who owns a house in central London with 3 floors of basement and an indoor pool.  But then again, that person would probably just own their own penthouse somewhere in Toronto.

PS.  That's a lot of fancy crown moulding.
