Though this 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 6,086 square foot house at 3485 Mathers Avenue in West Vancouver is a little too huge and new buildy, and though there is nothing wrong with the current decor....

If I were to live here, I would probably try to make it more like Kelly Klein's Miami house that was featured in the August 2012 issue of Architectural Digest.

But it might not be possible.  That house is just too perfect.

This house has weird brick walls in the front hall, the kitchen, and family room that just make me think of cheesy wall waterfalls.

But I do love the kichen cabinets.  They remind me of one of my favourite kitchens done by Connie Braemar.

But I can't really get past that stone wall tile stuff in this house.

For $8,688,000, would it really put a dent in the budget if that were to be changed though?

For that view...probably not.
