The bright 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with absolutely no curb appeal has had a price drop.

It was listed just under a week ago for $799,900.

Though the inside is done well (if you are good with the bathroom), it would be REALLY hard to spend that amount of money on a house that looks like this at the front.

I thought it would sell for $735,000 Tops.

The new price is $749,900.

Maybe if they can get together with the neighbours and then replaced that siding with some cedar....

That would make a HUGE difference.
