PRICE DROP - 205 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

This house was originally listed in September.

It is a really beautiful house but it isn't big and it is on a pretty busy corner.  It is basically a 1 bedroom on a 53.5 x 69.5 foot lot.

So, when I saw the asking price was $1,899,000, I was a bit shocked.  But I am not shocked to see that it didn't sell at that price and there has been a price drop!

For some reason, I thought this place could sell for $1,699,000, maybe even $1,750,000.

The price has been dropped to $1,749,000...

But I think it will need to be dropped again.

I now think $1,629,000 makes sense.  

Frankly, $1,329,000 is probably the right price (some might debate even lower) but this house really stands out, even in a neighbourhood of beautiful houses.  It is really charming and unique and if they find the right buyer, I am sure that buyer would be willing to pay extra for this house.  

But for the location and the size, it is just too much.
