PRICE DROP ? - 42 Westmoreland Avenue - DOVERCOURT PARK

This house has had more price changes than I can count.

I first posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that sits on a 31 x 91 foot lot in April when it was listed at $899,900.  I thought it was $100,000 overpriced.

This house didn't sell and it was relisted in mid-November.  The new price was $734,900.  That was more like it! 

A day after I posted it, they raised the price to $949,900.  WHAT!?!

Clearly it didn't sell and they dropped the price again in December.  That price was $789,900.

It hasn't sold.....

The new price is 749,900.

So, that would make it 5 price changes, 3 drops and 1 increase with an original price of $899,900...

March   $899,900

November 17  $734,900  

November 22  $949,900

December  $789,900

January 23  $749,900

Maybe they should just list this house at $1 and see what they get.....
