PRICE DROP - 78 Madison Avenue - ANNEX

This 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathrooms on a 33.33 x 127 foot was first listed in October.  

It was listed on the same day that I posted another flip a few doors down at 82 Madison.  That house was first listed at $4,300,000 but the day I posted it, it dropped to  3,950,000.

Clearly because of the listing of this house.

This house was first priced at $3,795,000.

So, 2 flips, just steps away from one another, both priced close to $4 million.

I thought they were both over priced but that this one would eventually sell first because of the flip itself.

Neither have sold and a little over a week ago, 82 Madison was relisted at the same price as its last price drop....$3,950,000.

This house however HAS dropped its price...

To $3,475,000.
