PRICE DROP - 87 Summerhill Avenue - SUMMERHILL

So.....the original price for this place WASN'T a typo I guess.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom rowhouse on a 15.67 x 85 foot lot with no parking and a tiny backyard was first listed in October for $1,995,000.

I knew it wasn't but I felt like this had to be a typo and they actually meant to list it at $1,195,000.

Guess not because the price has been dropped.  And not to $1,145,000.

The new price is $1,949,000.

A LOT of work has been done to this house but it is NOT a $2 million house.
