Huh!?!

Why did they increase the price on this house?

It's a nice house that has had a recent reno.  It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 15 x 129 foot lot with parking for 2 small cars.  It is move right in but I don't think it is worth the new price of $710,000!

This house was first listed at $679,000.  I thought it would sell for $639,000.

So why the increase? 

I don't get it.
