The photos for this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi in Leslieville are terrible but I wanted to post it because it is attached to a house I posted in March.

That house was originally listed at $429,900 and, after a few price changes, it eventually sold for $420,000.  It was 3 bedrooms and had a new kitchen.

This house doesn't have a new kitchen and the back is a bit of a mess but it looks okay.  A new kitchen here would really make a difference.

This house was listed at $371,000 in October.

It just sold for $368,000.
