This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20 x 121.7 foot lot was listed at $599,000.  It has no finished basement and the whole house needs work, including those front steps.

It sold in 3 days for $625,000.

So, why isn't the house in my last post at 84 Kenwood selling?   It is a fully done larger 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 130 foot lot with a 2 car garage and fully dug out and finished basement that is now priced at $899,000.

Will be interesting to watch that one this week!
