This house on a 23 x 60 foot lot sold in 6 days.

Thing is, it isn't the first time it has been listed.

It was first listed in October for $454,900.   I guess it didn't sell so the price was dropped to $419,900.

Clearly there were no takers as this was listed again on January 11.

It was listed at $299,900 and it sold....

For $###,###.

I have no idea what is going to happen here but I don't think someone spent that amount of money to move in here as is.  It looks clean and spacious but there is a lot of other stuff in the city for that amount of money....like something just a few blocks west in Corso Italia where you can get a fully done house for $600,000...

So, I think this is going to get torn down but I have no idea what will replace it.  

Maybe something like the house at 154 Rhodes in Leslieville...
