It has that awful brick at the front and the inside isn't huge but this is a solid house.  The rooms are a good size, the backyard could use some tidying but is large, the basement is rough but is kind of finished, it is located in a neighbourhood that is picking up in popularity....

This was a good buy.

That front could use a little work though.
