This is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 30 x 120 foot lot in Moore Park.
It shows REALLY well. It has a good sized living room and dining room. The kitchen is a little dated. I don't love the cupboards or the backsplash but I kind of love the blue floor (though I am sure there are some haters out there)! There has been a family room addition out the back and there is a good deck with a good sized yard.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and the master is a good size. The other 2 aren't huge and the floors look a little rough but the rooms are a good size for kids.
There are no pictures of the upstairs washroom. Not a good sign but the basement washroom looks fine.
This is a good house and even though it is pretty close to Mt. Pleasant, I still think this house is going over the asking price of $1,079,000.
I think this will sell closer to $1,125,000.
If you are family, this is a great pocket to get into. And the lot is large enough for any further additions you would want to make in future.
Like one to add another bathroom....
