26 Tecumseth Street - NIAGARA (UPDATE)
This is real urban living and if you are into that, this is a great option.
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with parking for 1 car.
I really like it.
The colours on the second floor are a little stronge for me but it has a flow. My thinking is that these people are into travelling and water hence the green and blue. Or they used the painting in the dining room as their 'bouncing off point'. But as travellers, maybe it was the globe in the master bedroom.
Regardless of whether or not I like the paint colour though, they have done a really good job with this house.
Looks like they might have made a trip to Morba for those lightbulbs in the dining room...
Basically, everything seems really well thought out and like they have taken REALLY good care of the house.
The backyard isn't exactly private from the street...
But it is a downtown location.
It is listed at $799,000.
It was last listed in 2009 for $579,000. I am not sure what it sold for, but from the description of the last listing, it is hard to tell if they have done a lot of work.
For those looking near King West, if you are good with the neighbouring businesses, this is definitely one to check out even if the location might be just a little different from what you were considering.
It's a move in ready house!
