That is a LOT of money for this house that doesn't have any pictures of the interior.
This is the first time this house has been listed and it apparently has only had 4 owners since 1908. So, it's a good place for a gut. At least that is what I am assuming is going on inside. Perhaps it is amazing and doesn't need to be touched.
But if it is a gut, do you think this could be a $2.4 million house once it is done!?!
It's really nice from the outside and it is good size with a 27 x 110 foot lot, a 2 car garage, 4+1 bedrooms...
But even if it is done....

I guess it is across the street from the park.
And it is a really good looking house.
