77 Lowther Avenue - ANNEX
This is a good looking house.
It is 3+1 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on a 23 x 92 foot lot.
It isn't the biggest but it is all done very well. This would probably be ideal for an older couple, a young couple without a large family, or a for a wealthy business person type (that master closet isn't really big enough for 2 people with a good sized wardrobe).
If fact, with an asking price of $2,795,000, it is good competition for the house at 28 Belmont Street. But this is probably in a more desirable location. It isn't as busy and it is closer to Yorkville (but farther away from Summerhill).
And the backyard of this house is great. It is nice but low maintenance.
It might be a little high for some of the finishes but this house is done. The windows are new. The bathrooms look updated. The location is good...
I still think it is a little high though. It is a semi after all.
For that amount of money, I would have much rather bought the detached house at 51 Bernard for a little bit more or the house at 187 Cottingham (even though it's in Rathnelly) and even if you spent a million fixing that place up, it would still be less than this place.
I don't think this house will sit for long but I don't think it will go for ask.
