And it went for....

This 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 30 x 185 foot lot with 2 parking spaces at 66 Sherwood Avenue in Sherwood Park was first listed in November.

The listing price was $1,249,000.

It wasn't selling so the price was dropped in January to $1,229,000.

I thought it was a good house but all the bedrooms had slopped ceilings and the basement was a little rough around the edges.

I thought it would sell closer to $1,199,000.

In February, the price was dropped to $1,199,000.

It sold a week later....

For $1,180,000.
