And it went for....

This is a really nice semi at 57 Bloomfield Avenue in the Greenwood-Coxwell area.

I thought it was REALLY well done and that based on the 2008 listing's description, not a lot had been changed since then, but it was still great.

Well, according to a comment posted on the original post, I was apparently wrong about a few things....

'The blogger of this nonsense is an uninformed moron and has no clue what the current owners did or did not do. What he/she can not see because he/she is not a professional and does not have access to Treb., is that not only did the current owners spend over $7000 on new heating/cooling systems, but that the bathroom he/she claims was already there was in fact NOT there. Likely he/she has .33cent stick down tiles in the bathroom he uses in his Mom's basement so he/she doesn't realize that the tile in that NEW BATHROOM alone is worth a few thousand dollars; not including installation.'I do know that this house was listed at $749,000.

And I thought it was great.

I felt that the market would probably pay $825,000...

Maybe even up to $845,000 for this house!

It sold....

For $###,###.

And though I would like to spend my morning talking more about this house and the merits of not overspending on your basement bathroom tile*...

I gotta go.

My mom is calling me up for breakfast!

*forgot to mention that tile....
