It was listed at $1,495,000.
It is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 16.08 x 120 foot lot with 1.5 parking spaces.
I thought it was overpriced, that it would have a few price drops, and probably ultimately sell closer to $1,175,000.
Guess I was wrong.
This house just sold OVER...
For $1,505,266.
