This is an aerial shot of the lot as it is now with a few pictures of the view...
There is a LOT of potential here.
It is listed at $37,900,000 and according to the listing, the lot has the '
the potential to be subdivided into 3 waterfront properties with brand new 8,000 square foot mansions with triple car garages, infinity pools and up to 32 foot boat garages'.
Problem is, they are suggesting a new build like the one owned by the Serbian man looking for a wife that has been making the rounds on the internet....

They are basically the same as Milisav's house!
If you have $40 million kicking around, go crazy and buy the lot....
But PLEASE don't put up that house!
