And though I am a fan of the neighbourhood of Wychwood, Wychwood Park where this house is located gives me the creeps.
This house has clearly been overpriced for a LONG time. I think it is a $2,275,000 house considering all the work it needs.
The new price is the lowest it has even been but it still isn't low enough.
