This is a nice house in the beaches.

It is 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms on a 25 x 100 foot lot.  There used to be a garage but that has been converted into a party room and there is front pad parking.

It was first listed in November for $1,229,000.

But it didn't sell and the price was dropped in January to $1,099,000.

Considering that a similar house a few streets overat 10 Selwood Avenue recently sold for $1,168,000, you would think this house would sell at isn't recent price.

But that house was fully renovated and this house is a little rough around the edges.

It is a nice house but there is work that could be done.

And once I realized the kitchen backsplash is the same backsplash as Dexter's house apartment...

I would definitely have to change that (sorry Cathie!).

But this is a good house regardless of whether you are a fan of the backsplash or not.

And with a new price of $1,059,000, it will go fast.
