PRICE DROP - 107 Old Forest Hill Drive - FOREST HILL (UPDATE)

I posted this 5+2 bedroom, 7 bathroom new build in Forest Hill on January 9 but it was initially listed in November.

The asking price was $5,695,000.

Though I would have preferred the original house.....

With updates (and less ivy.  It gives me the creeps)...

Someone is going to like this new build.

But it is overpriced, and in my opinion, by a LOT.

Since it hasn't sold, the price has now been dropped... 

To $5,495,000.

There will be another price drop.

UPDATE:  Thanks to TK for sending in the photos of this place before it was torn down.  I think it could have been great though I am some disagree.
