PRICE DROP #2 - 21 Weybourne Crescent - LAWRENCE PARK
This 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build on a 50 x 118.9 foot lot in Lawrence Park has been listed for over a year.
It was first listed last January for $3,749,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in March to $3,679,000.
Before it was torn down, it was listed at $1,675,000 in 2007 and this is what it looked like...
It didn't need to be torn down though that brick isn't my favourite..
When I first posted this house in June, the pictures weren't great so it was hard to tell if this place was overpriced or if the pictures just weren't doing it justice. There are new photos though that show the house a lot better (see below)...
And the new price is $3,499,000.
What do you think? The right price or still too high?
I think it is still a little high but not by as much as I thought before.
I just don't really love the brick.
PS. Love the Leafs jersey. It made me think of this....
