It was only a matter of time.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi in Little Italy has a lot of potential but it needs a fair amount of work.

So when it was first listed in December for $768,900, I knew it was going to have a price drop.  I thought it was about $80,000 too high.

The new price is $749,800. 

Got to get the '8' in there somewhere!

The price is still a little too high but they are getting closer!
