PRICE DROP - 360 Walmer Road - CASA LOMA

This 4+1 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms new build on a 25 x 174.75 foot lot has been listed since November (which I didn't realize the first time I posted it).

The asking price was $3,249,000.

I thought it was overpriced and clearly it was as it didn't sell.

It's a nice house with great floors.  I just can't figure out if there is an actual living room or dining room or if it is all just the family room area with the kitchen.  

And there is that toilet right at the window thing...

I have just realized that this house was clearly built by the same people who built 26 Harwood in Davisville Village!!  Same kitchen, same railings, same floors, same garage door, same grey...same toilet by the window!

I thought this was going to be a REALLY tough sell at the $3.25 million asking price.

It has now been dropped and the new price is $2,999,000.

It is still going to be a tough sell.
