This house has been listed for a WHILE.

It was first listed in May 2012 for $1,839,000 which was way too high.

And though I like it, I thought the market would only pay $1,539,000 for this house.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped a week later to $1,799,999.

Again, it didn't sell and they dropped the price in July to $1,739,900.

When it didn't sell and it was taken off the market in October, I thought it was coming back in a week for $1699,999.

It came back TWO weeks later at $1,689,000.

This is a nice house, but it is only 3 bedrooms and that 'parking pad' isn't legal. 

Two weeks ago, it still hadn't sold so they dropped the price again...to $1,639,000.

STILL no sale and it has been droppped AGAIN!!!

The new price is $1,599,900.
