RELISTED - 266 Douglas Drive - ROSEDALE
Hmm.
Not sure what happened here but this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom home on a 62.25 x 235 foot lot in Rosedale was listed in November.
The listing price was $3,200,000.
It is a great house but it isn't really my style. There is a lot that I love but a lot that I don't.
I thought it was overpriced but this house is worth the premium. Not to mention the lot.
It sold for $3,100,000....
But now, 3 months later, for some reason, the house is back on the market at its original list price!
What happened here!?!
