The asking price was listed at $1,049,000.
Like the house at 226 Heath Street East in Moore Park that was listed at $1,079,000 and sold for $1,150,000, I thought this house was also going to go for up to $1,150,000.
But it sold before I could post it.
It doesn't have the family room addition that Heath Street had but this house showed better, at least from the photos. The bathroom is more up-to-date, the master has lots of closet space...
It sold in 3 days....
For $1,154,000.
