SOLD - 312 Douglas Drive - ROSEDALE
When this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 33 x 100 foot lot in Rosedale was first listed at $1,395,000 in April 2012, I thought there was no way this house was going to sell for that much.
It didn't and was dropped a few weeks later to $1,349,000. It's cute inside but I still thought it was too high.
They dropped it again in May to $1,295,000. Again it didn't sell.
It was re-listed this past Thursday for $1,265,000.
It sold the next day....
For $1,265,000.
Got to admit, I am a little shocked.
Is it staying as is, getting a reno, or being torn down and turned into the house down the street....
Any guesses?
