This may be a good new build but I am not sure people are willing to pay that much right now in this neighbourhood.
That price can get you a lot in this city.
Like this house at 556 Woburn Avenue or the house beside it at 558 Woburn Avenue...
But I don't think the buyers looking in this part of Leslieville are also the people looking in Ledbury Park.
This is what this house looked like in April 2012...
A year after it was listed for $389,900.
Clearly, it is possible to build a good sized house on a small lot.....
2,000 square feet in this case...
But I don't get the price.
It is just too much for this neighbourhood right now.
Maybe $1,025,000 TOPS but that still seems a little high.
I am very interested to see what happens with this one!
