This is a good new build at 110 Heath Street West in Deer Park.  

I don't love the Smoked Trout Pate paint colour and the kitchen style isn't for me but this is a good house.

Thing is, it is only 3 bedrooms.

It was listed at $2,595,000.

I thought it was slightly overpriced but would sell before the house at 18A Farnham but that already sold a month ago.
