The 'S' House sold!!!

This new build at 132 Yarmouth Road in Christie Pits has been listed for a while.

It was first listed in November for $1,195,000.

I posted it at the beginning of December thinking this was probably more of a $1,099,000 house.

Turns out that I had posted it the same day as a price drop to $1,149,000.

It didn't sell at that price and it looks like they dropped the price again in January to $1,138,000.

'S'eriously.  Just go for it!  This is only a 3 bedroom....it's not going THAT high in this neighbourhood right now.

The price was dropped again on February 25 to $1,085,000!

It sold the next day....

For $1,075,000.
